Please come and visit our Reception located at Omote-sando*, the front approach to Toshogu Shrine on the day to get your Special Seat!!

Schedule:

1)9:00-10:45	Reception for the first half of the Procession. 50 Special Seats available
11:00-12:00	‘Sen-nin Gyoretsu’ The first half way to“Otabi-sho”*
2)11:00-12:45	Reception for the way back of the Procession. 50 Special Seats available
13:00-14:00	‘Sen-nin Gyoretsu’ Way back to Futarasan Shrine*

Terms & Conditions:

1)	Need no reservation. Please come to the Reception on time on the day.
2)	The first 50 clients for AM & the first 50 clients for PM can have the free Special Seats.
3)	Depending on the weather or if the hazard would be found, the schedule may be subject to change or the festival may be cancelled.
4)	Sponsor will not provide an allowance for travel to & from Nikko and/or for accommodations and/or any other fees.
5)	Sponsor may cancel the Special Seat of the client in the following case; when there is evidence that the client threatens to cause other participants embarrassment or inconvenience, or might otherwise interfere with the smooth performance of the collective activities of the event.
6)	Sponsor has sufficient insurance to cover the clients at the Special Seats (subject to the teams &conditions of the insurance policy). Clients must be in reasonable health.
