It was the biggest stone, which was used for Toshogu Shrine. According to a construction note, 13% of total cost was spent for the stone work. The biggest stone was used as a part of the wall, which was located on the eastside of Omotemon (Front gate). That stone is called Aboumaru. It is 3.25m high and 6.3m wide.
