*Nikko Lacquer Museum

The Nikko Lacquer Museum opened in September 1997. It is located on a corner of the Forest Park. Lacquer is a traditional Japanese method, and it is frequently used in Toshogu Shrine and Rinnoji Temple. Historical masterpiece and foreign crafts are exhibited there. Some of these were made in ancient Egypt.
