The Shirakumo waterfall is located down stream of Kegon fall. You will look at it from the observatory. Twelve subordinate falls are flown out from the middle height of the rocky wall. Water source of those twelve waterfalls and Shirakumo waterfall is Lake Chuzenji. Amount of water is plentiful and stable through the year and you will imagine that the fall is like a cloud.
